We asked the Superstars of the WWE locker room to select one of the greatest wrestling matches of all time. Historians and fans argue endlessly about the best events, the best wrestler, or the best game of all time. But when we talk of the best games of all time, there is in particular that always comes up in conversation. It is therefore not surprising that one of the most intelligent of the WWE Superstars chose this game for Game Five Stars of the Week.

"I choose WrestleMania III, Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat vs. 'Macho Man' Randy Savage," he told David Otunga to WWEClassics.com. "

This match pitted two incredible competitors who have both had many other memorable moments in their careers and have become true legends. Of course, it was not the missing Legends at WrestleMania III.

"The main event of the show was Hulk Hogan against Andre the Giant," said Otunga. "But to be honest, the most entertaining match, the one I remember is" Macho Man "and" The Dragon. "They really stole the show for everyone."

The Harvard Law graduate and do not only share this feeling. Faced with more than 93,000 screaming fans, Savage and Steamboat have lived up to their reputations by doing the impossible: eclipse Hogan and Andre.

Not to mention the fact that this match was incredible technical point of view, some WWE fans forget too quickly the ruthless hostility that led to this game. Their rivalry began six months ago when "Macho Man", then Intercontinental Champion, Steamboat was seriously injured larynx with the ring bell. But "The Dragon" has managed to take revenge by winning the title on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

There was also another element of surprise, George "The Animal" Steele, being in effect in the corner of Steamboat. Steele had long shown that he had a weakness for assistant Savage, Miss Elizabeth, and played a key role in the outcome of the match.
